Floor Cleaner

About

Can be used on all floors except floors where mild detergent is not recommended.

Ingredients

¼ cup liquid soap or detergent (perfume free and biodegradable)
½ cup vinegar or lemon juice
7½ litres warm water

Process

Combine the ingredients in a large plastic bucket.

To Use

Use with a mop or sponge to clean the floor. Make new mixture once you can no longer see the bottom of the bucket. Discard unused portion when finished.

Heavy Duty Floor Cleaner

For cutting through grease - fantastic for kitchens!

Ingredients

¼ cup liquid soap or detergent (perfume free and biodegradable)
½ cup vinegar or lemon juice
¼ cup washing soda
7½ litres warm water

Process

Combine liquid soap, vinegar or lemon juice and washing soda in a large plastic bucket. Stir in warm water to dissolve.

To Use

Use with a mop or sponge to clean the floor. Make new mixture once you can no longer see the bottom of the bucket. Discard unused portion when finished. Do not use on waxed floors.

Antiseptic Floor Cleaner

Ingredients

¼ cup liquid soap or detergent (perfume free and biodegradable)
½ cup vinegar or lemon juice
½ tablespoon lavendar, rosemary or tea tree essential oil
7½ litres warm water

Process

Combine liquid soap, vinegar or lemon juice and essential oil in a large plastic bucket. Stir in warm water to dissolve.

To Use

Use with a mop or sponge to clean the floor. Make new mixture once you can no longer see the bottom of the bucket. Discard unused portion when finished.
