When it comes to achieving all that we strive to do in our lives, we can only work to the limitations of our body, mind and spirit. So, to optimise the outcomes in our lives the best thing we can do is care for the bodies we have been given. This part of our web site is dedicated to the management of self.

Why? Because from time to time, things hit us in life that can knock us for a six. Sometimes we can get focussed, stay on track and work our way through it and other times it is a long hard journey with many, many stumbling blocks along the way. The problem with life is that you don't know, when a dilemma comes, which end of the spectrum it will fall upon. However, what you can do is prepare yourself for what lies ahead spiritually, mentally, physically and relationally.
